Welcome to the the first post in my new “Destination Net” blog. I’ve been running the Destinetics.com website for a while now and thought it was about time I got around to putting up a blog.

Actually, the reason i’ve put this blog up is because i’m taking part in something called the “Thirty Day Challenge“. This is an excellent way to learn all about Web2.0 Internet Marketing. The idea is to earn $10 in 30 days using only free resources from around the web.

The challenge is being run by the charismatic Ed Dale, the charming Dan Raine and the slightly mysterious Nicolas Messe.

I’ll be providing updates on my progress throughout the month. I’m sad to say that despite setting up Firefox with all the cool new tools recommended by Ed, that i’m editing this post in IE6 (sorry Ed, perhaps you will finally convert me to Firefox).

Anyway, that’s about it for now. Time to do some actual work now.
