Someone on the Thirty Day Challenge forum was asking if ClickBank makes payments via PayPal. I can confirm that they do not make payments via PayPal. (At least not at this time).
A good affiliates site that does make payments via PayPal is ClixGalore. They also make payments via check.
ClixGalore also have regional sites for the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, India and Japan.
